BuyBoard is a co-op for school districts that bypasses the lengthy approval process. They want to increase brand awareness and convert one-time customers to repeats.
INSIGHT
Though much of their target audience knows what a buy board is, they usually come with an approval process that takes days to weeks. BuyBoard bypasses this process allowing school districts to purchase items when they need them.
PROJECT CHALLENGES
The main challenge with the BuyBoard campaign is that most of their clients sign up, buy what they need in one purchase, and don't return for their next purchase. Though the customer base is already targeted and available, the problem becomes converting them into repeat users by informing them of BuyBoard's abilities.
CONCEPT
This concept focuses on using user-generated reviews to inform the audience of what makes using BuyBoard so easy.
